Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how to cancel or modify these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the plan you selected.
Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you opted for prepaid billing.
Some subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you're reserving an item that is out of stock or not yet available.
We may charge no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at the time of the order, and collect the remaining balance at a later date.

You may cancel any unprocessed pre-order that was only partially paid.
If the order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled, but a refund request may be made in accordance with our Return Policy.
