🌿 Return Policy – Sylve Atelier
At Sylve Atelier, each item is carefully crafted to offer you a unique scented experience. If, for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations, you have 21 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

All components received must be included (e.g., bottle, cap, reeds, ribbon)

A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll find a quick solution.
❌ Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

At the moment, exchanges are not guaranteed, but we assess requests individually.
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for another fragrance or format), please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you depending on available inventory.
