At Sylve Atelier, each order is carefully prepared to ensure a refined, fragrant experience — from the packaging to the scent itself.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
During launches or peak periods, processing may take a little longer. You will be notified by email once your order is on its way.
🇨🇦 Canada Shipping
We currently ship within Canada using Canada Post or an equivalent carrier.
Tracking is included with all orders.
💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount — stay tuned for promotions!

We use sustainable shipping materials such as biodegradable packing peanuts and carefully chosen boxes.

Sylve Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays or additional fees due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

🔒 Packages Marked as Delivered / Theft After Delivery
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered (including delivery confirmation or photo proof), responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer.
Sylve Atelier cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery, losses occurring after the package has been left at the delivery address, or errors made by the carrier once delivery is confirmed.
In the event of theft after delivery, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier (e.g. Canada Post).
Although we are not responsible in these situations, we strive to offer thoughtful customer service. Depending on the circumstances, a commercial solution may be offered (such as reshipment at the customer’s expense or a promotional code), without obligation to provide a free replacement.
We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery location or selecting delivery options such as signature confirmation or carrier pickup points when available.
